SED-500GD-V — Premade Bag Filling & Sealing Machine

Pre-formed pouches are picked from a magazine by a vacuum-cup mechanism with mechanical jaw assist, then transported through three (or four) sequential stations on a B&R linear-servo intermittent-motion conveyor. At each station the pouch is opened (Schmitz oil-free vacuum pump + bag-blowing device), filled (servo auger / piston / measuring-cup / multi-head scale dosing), top-sealed (heat seal) and top-cooled. Optional zipper flattening and date-printing modules can be added inline. No-bag and no-open detection prevents wasted pouches. Pouch size and stroke are configured entirely on the touchscreen — no mechanical tooling change is needed. A tube-closing flap on the auger hopper prevents free-flowing-product leakage that could contaminate the seal area.
