Fonctionnement

Two motions act on the batch simultaneously: (1) the drum rotates around its own axis on four supporting rollers (two driven by the rotation drive system); (2) the swinging frame, supported by bearing assemblies on the base, rocks back and forth via a crank-and-rocker linkage mechanism. The superposition of rotation and oscillation produces axial, lateral and circumferential movement of material, achieving rapid and uniform mixing.
