Fonctionnement
Material under vacuum is loaded into a conical 304 stainless chamber. A helical-ribbon screw stirrer (Φ133 mm, δ6 mm 304) rotating at 6–30 rpm lifts material up the wall in a spiral, then it descends as a vortex along the main shaft. Heat is supplied indirectly through the carbon-steel/304 jacket via thermal oil from a 24 kW oil-temperature unit (RY65-40-200 pump, 2.2 kW, 4–10 m³/h, 18 m head). Solvent vapor is drawn out of a dual-channel vacuum port, condensed in a 12 m² 304 condenser, buffered in a tank, and pulled by a 4 kW SK water-ring vacuum pump. A blow-back system keeps the sintered-mesh filter clean. Discharge is via a Φ120 pneumatic ball valve at the cone bottom.
