Product travels left-to-right on a conveyor belt over a high-precision load cell (German HBM). The system reads each piece's weight in motion and a push-rod rejector (or optional air-blow / paddle / drop-down ejector) removes any out-of-spec pieces. Operator interfaces with a 7" color touchscreen — up to 100 preset weight-band recipes can be saved. Weight, count and reject statistics are displayed in real time and can be exported via USB.
