Fonctionnement

Material is fed into the crushing chamber via a hopper. Inside, 12 rotating blades shear against 2 fixed blades to chop and shear the feed. Sized material passes out through a screen mesh; the discharge particle size can be changed by swapping screens. Integrated bag dust collector with 1.5 kW fan captures airborne fines.
