Fonctionnement

Vertical 4-up four-side-seal sachet packaging: composite film roll is unwound and slit into 4 parallel webs, each formed against a forming tube; horizontal seal cylinders create top/bottom seals while vertical seal cylinders create the 4 side seals; granules are dosed into each pocket via 4-channel measuring, then the film is sealed and a knife cylinder cuts individual sachets. Servo motors drive film transport, AirTAC pneumatics actuate sealing/cutting, and Mitsubishi PLC + Inovance HMI sequence the cycle.
