Fonctionnement

Mixing-then-cutting fluidized granulation: a horizontal stirring paddle (1.5 kW, 0–400 rpm) blends powder and binder into a humid soft mass at the cylinder bottom; a high-speed chopper (0.75 kW, 0–2,900 rpm) then cuts the mass into uniform granules. The entire sequence (dry mix → wet mix → granulation) occurs in the same sealed container. The drive shaft uses an inflatable seal; switching to water flush enables in-place cleaning.
