Fonctionnement
Drop-fill case packing: products are levelled and arranged in a 4×6 (or custom) pattern by a flat-rake aligner. They free-fall into a positioned carton; once the carton is filled to specification, the machine tips it onto the discharge roller for downstream conveying. Servo motor drives motion; PLC sequences the cycle with safety interlocks (door open, missing product).
Processus de fonctionnement
1Drop-fill case packing: products are levelled and arranged in a 4×6 (or custom) pattern by a flat-rake aligner.
