Vacuum-induced pneumatic conveying: a vacuum generator pulls air through the SUS304 hopper via a 1-micron PTFE-coated filter rod, drawing material through the suction hose and nozzle into the hopper. When the batch is full, the vacuum closes and a compressed-air back-blow pulse cleans the filter; the pneumatic discharge gate then drops material into the downstream machine. Batch (intermittent) or continuous modes available.
