Fonctionnement

Touchscreen sets fill volume and fill speed → PLC converts to pulse count and pulse rate sent to stepper-motor driver → stepper motor drives high-precision gear pump → gear pump rotation count controls fill volume; rotation speed controls fill speed → four filling valves fill four bottles in parallel on the inline conveyor; a bottle-neck positioning mechanism ensures accurate alignment.
