Fonctionnement
Each filling head is a high-precision stainless gear pump driven directly by its own servo motor. The PLC sends the servo a precise pulse count, the gear pump rotates an exact number of revolutions, and the displaced volume becomes the dose; pulse rate sets fill speed. Per-head volume can be tuned independently on the HMI, and a ball or ultrasonic level sensor on the discharge cylinder drives an auto-refill loop to keep head pressure constant.
