Bottles are conveyed by belt into the linear filling station; when fiber-optic sensors detect a bottle, PLC triggers the 4 filling heads to dose simultaneously (piston metering, pneumatic cylinder drive, with a signal valve adjusting fill volume to ±1% accuracy); filled bottles continue to the rotary screw/crimp capping station where the capping head secures the cap; the nitrogen variant pre-purges each bottle with N₂ before filling to displace oxygen.
