Fonctionnement

Web is unwound from the centre-unwind station through a tension system into 4 colour printing stations. Each colour unit has an independent ink train: a metal anilox roll meters ink onto the flexographic plate, which transfers it to the substrate. After printing, the web passes through a heating-tube + blower drying section to cure the ink. The finished roll is centre-rewound on an air shaft.
