Fonctionnement
Powder is fed from the storage hopper via screw or vibratory feeder into the weigh hoppers. Load cells feed real-time readings to the main controller; once the target weight is reached, the hopper opens and dispenses the dose. The touchscreen is used to set parameters; the system runs in closed-loop automatic control throughout.
