Fonctionnement

Material from the top hopper is fed via multi-stage vibratory tracks into four counting channels, gradually forming a continuous single-line flow. Each piece falls through the channel past high-speed infrared dynamic-scan sensors, sending signals to a high-speed MCU. Every two tracks correspond to one material type; once both tracks have counted their preset quantities, their independent gates open simultaneously, dispensing both materials into the container in a single filling cycle. Pre-count + pre-fill: while the gate below releases one dose, the gate above counts the next.
