SED-4SD multi-channel tablet/capsule counter. High-speed photoelectric detection of falling pieces with an optimised counting algorithm; independent gate per channel allows pre-counting and pre-filling at the same time.

Fonctionnement
Material from the top hopper is fed via multi-stage vibratory tracks into four parallel counting channels, gradually forming a continuous single-line flow. Each piece falls through the channel past high-speed infrared dynamic-scan sensors, producing signals fed to a high-speed MCU. Every channel has an independent gate: while the gate below releases counted material into the bottle, the gate above continues counting the next dose (pre-count + pre-fill), maximising throughput. A solenoid bottle-stop on the conveyor holds each bottle in place; a photo-eye checks bottle presence — no bottle, no feed.
