Labels from the reel are fed through the supply drum along guide rails. A sensor automatically detects the I-mark on each label; once confirmed, the de-modulator adjusts supply-drum speed and precisely locates the cut position. The cut label is transferred to the vacuum drum. Bottles from the conveyor are arranged by the infeed star wheel; a glue roller applies hot-melt adhesive to the label head and tail. In the roller zone the label makes first contact with the bottle, and the synchronous belt then completes the full wrap-around labelling. No-bottle detection prevents label waste.
