Fonctionnement
Roll-fed nonwoven mask material (water-jet 30–80 g/m² cotton/silk/Tencel) passes through machine-vision spot inspection (Keyence sensor + BASLER cameras + Siemens S7-200 PLC) and is die-cut into the face profile. Folding stations fold the mask twice. A pre-formed pouch is robot-picked from the bag magazine (3,000-bag capacity), opened, then four folded masks are loaded simultaneously. UBA (Yuba) precision metering pumps inject up to 50 ml of serum (±1% accuracy) per bag. The bag is degassed, heat-sealed (Omron temperature control), date/batch coded, and exits via the conveyor with leak detection.
