Fonctionnement

Indexing chain conveys empty Φ37 x H30 mm cups through the line. Stations automatically dispense cups, dose powder, place foil lid, and heat-seal. Servo / Panasonic-motor driven mechanism achieves 100-150 pcs/min cycle rate. Compressed air actuates SMC cylinders for cup transfer, foil placement, and sealing. Siemens PLC + touchscreen HMI manages control.
