Fonctionnement

Stack-feeder dispenses empty cups onto the indexing track. A servo-driven auger doses coffee powder into each cup. Pre-cut foil lids are picked and placed on the cup rim. Two consecutive heat-sealing stations using independent temperature-controlled copper heating heads (0-400 °C adjustable) bond the foil to the rim. A mechanical pick-and-place station ejects sealed cups. Operator interface via touchscreen HMI.
