Fonctionnement

Touchscreen sends fill volume and filling speed setpoints to the PLC. The PLC converts each setpoint to a pulse count and pulse rate that drive a stepper motor controlling a high-precision gear pump for each filling head. Fill volume is controlled by the number of gear-pump rotations and filling speed by the rotation rate.
