Servo-driven gear-pump filling: four stainless-steel pump heads (32 mm bore) driven by a 3 kW servo motor draw liquid from a 40 L hopper and dispense pre-set volumes into bottles transported on a 2 m × 30 cm photoelectric-controlled conveyor. A foot pedal raises and lowers the filling valves through 1.5 m PTFE tubing for height adjustment.
