Bottles enter via the SED-900ZP-L rotary in-feed table (Φ900 mm, 5–10 rpm) which de-bunches and feeds them onto the conveyor. They pass through the SED-20QX-L air jet cleaning machine where inverted bottles are blown clean by compressed air through umbrella-type high-pressure nozzles (20 grippers, brushless-motor star-wheel with quick-release pucks). Cleaned bottles are transferred by star-wheel to the SED-4FGJ-L 4-head servo screw-auger powder dosing station (rotary working mode), where each vial is dosed and stoppers are vibrated, oriented and inserted. Filled and stoppered bottles then pass to the SED-2XG-L servo capping machine, which performs screw capping for plastic caps or blade-roll sealing for aluminium caps (dual heads, fast switchover).
