Fonctionnement
Powder is loaded via 2 spiral conveyors (3 m lift, SUS304 contact with distributor) into the pre-fill 50 L hopper plus a 50 L supplement hopper. Bottles enter the chuck (collet) station; a servo-driven auger drops a programmed dose into each bottle while a load cell measures actual weight. The PLC commands an auger top-up of any deficit (secondary supplement) based on material density to bring each bottle to target weight. Filled bottles are conveyed to the SED-CG-M 6-wheel high-speed capping machine, which vibration-feeds, orients, and screws caps; a foil-detection device automatically ejects caps lacking foil liners to ensure 100% foil-on-cap rate.
