Fonctionnement
Botanical raw material is loaded into the 50 L SUS304 pot, supported on an internal stainless steel screen plate. A 5 kW electric heater rod heats water to boiling; the vent valve and butterfly valve manage pressure and flow. Vapor rises through the SUS304 onion-head (thermometer monitors temperature) and the SUS304 connection pipe into the SUS304 shell-and-tube condenser, which is cooled by an external water loop. Condensed hydrosol drips into a glass oil-water separator (clamped by SUS304 abathur), where essential oil floats and is decanted from the hydrosol. The drain port enables post-batch cleanout.
