Fonctionnement
Botanical raw material is loaded into the 30 L distillation chamber. The operator selects either water-boil mode (material immersed in water) or water-bath mode (material above water). The electric heater raises water temperature to 100 °C; vapor passes through a pure-copper lid and copper mesh catalyst (improving aroma and essential oil yield), then condenses through the cooling tower. Hydrosol and essential oil collect at the discharge port where they separate by density. A dry-boil detection alarm halts heating if water runs low.
