Fonctionnement
The machine uses a stepped cap unscrambling and lifting structure to ensure high reliability and efficiency. Reversed caps are automatically rejected back to the cap hopper during lifting. Sensors pause the machine when no cap supply is available and resume automatically when caps are replenished. A dial-based wheel adjustment system allows easy hand adjustment when switching product specifications.
