SED-4BYG-W — Semi-Automatic Vacuum Liquid Filling Machine

Operator places bottles under the 4 filling heads. Optical sensor detects bottle presence — after a configurable detection-hold delay the filling-head cylinder lowers; the nozzle seals against the bottle mouth. A vacuum generator pulls vacuum on the bottle — the inner tube (OD 4 mm / ID 3 mm) dispenses liquid, while the outer tube (OD 6 mm / ID 5.2 mm) suctions overfill back into a 1200 mL retraction reservoir tied to the source tank. After the per-head time elapses, the head retracts and the bottle is removed. Auto and manual modes; manual cleaning mode loops continuously to flush lines.
