Fonctionnement
Operator manually loads pre-formed boxes into the 4-cavity 7075 anodized aluminum mold. The mold is shaft-indexed to millimeter-level accuracy into the work station. Film is cut and heated; a high-precision positive-pressure displacement system (Schneider) flushes the modified atmosphere gas mixture; the package is heat-sealed; finished boxes are ejected. An auto-alignment mechanism upstream ensures disordered trays enter the main machine in correct orientation.
Processus de fonctionnement
1Operator manually loads pre-formed boxes into the 4-cavity 7075 anodized aluminum mold.
2The mold is shaft-indexed to millimeter-level accuracy into the work station.
3Film is cut and heated; a high-precision positive-pressure displacement system (Schneider) flushes the modified atmosphere gas mixture; the package is heat-sealed; finished boxes are ejected.
