Fonctionnement
Operator manually hangs the bag-in-box bag onto each of the 4 fill heads and presses the manual start switch; the Siemens PLC opens the solenoid valves and the pneumatic cylinders engage the fill heads into the bag spouts; the 4× LWGY-15 flowmeters continuously meter fill volume and stop automatically when the set capacity (5L/10L/20L) is reached; the capping unit seals the bag; 4 heads operate in parallel to maximize output.
