Fonctionnement
The operator places glass jars on the 4-station rotary dial where the positioning chuck locates each jar precisely. The dial indexes to the vacuum sealing chamber, where the vacuum pump evacuates air to the set vacuum level. An electromagnetic valve and air cylinder then drive the capping mechanism to tighten the cap onto the jar under vacuum. The servo motor and PLC coordinate all station movements; all parameters are adjustable from the touchscreen. Completed jars exit after the full vacuum-and-cap cycle.
