SED-4BAGL-2-C — Straight-Tube Bottle Filling and Sealing Machine

Due to the special shape of the blood-orange bottle, the operator manually loads bottles onto the 4-station indexing dial. Four bottles advance together to each station in sequence: pre-N₂ purge displaces air inside the vials; the metering pump dispenses 1-2ml of liquid; post-N₂ purge provides a protective nitrogen blanket; the preheat station warms the bottle neck; the drawing flame head heats and draws the neck to form a hermetic seal. The clutch device allows stopping the bottle infeed line without stopping the main machine drive. The no-bottle-no-fill feature prevents empty-cycle wastage.
