Fonctionnement
Ampoules enter the infeed mechanism and are conveyed to the filling station. The piston metering pump dispenses 1-3ml of liquid precisely into each vial. A no-bottle detection device automatically halts filling when a vial is absent, preventing product wastage. The preheat station warms the ampoule neck before the flame head (supplied with fuel gas + O₂) heats and draws the neck to form a hermetic seal. The integral laminar flow hood maintains unidirectional clean airflow over the filling and sealing zone throughout the process.
