SED-48QX-L fully automatic 48-head rotary bottle washer. Elastic mechanical grippers clamp each bottle; a 180° flip inverts it over a plunge-type swirl-jet nozzle. The interlock valve opens only when a bottle is detected
Fonctionnement
Bottles enter via a screw divider and dial-plate into the washer. Symmetrically-opening mechanical grippers grip the bottle body. The 180° flip inverts the bottle; the plunge nozzle inserts into the mouth. The interlock valve senses a bottle and opens; a strong linear water jet hits the bottle base, the jet reflects off the curved base and scours the interior walls. After rinsing the gripper flips back to upright and releases the bottle to downstream equipment. The entire motion is executed via a five-axis CNC variable-acceleration space rail for high-speed, impact-free cycling. No bottle = valve closed, saving rinse fluid.
