Fonctionnement
Material is loaded onto 48 trays and placed inside the drying chamber. The chamber doors are sealed and the vacuum pump evacuates to -0.099 MPa, lowering the boiling point of moisture. The 36 kW electric heater heats water in the 200 L hot-water tank; hot water circulates through SUS304 heating tubes and jacket to heat the material by conduction. Moisture evaporates at low temperature and passes through a Φ200 mm pipe to a condenser for recovery. Temperature and vacuum gauges provide real-time monitoring; multiple temperature sensors (including centre-point) verify drying uniformity.
