Cam-indexed turntable carries the cap mold; outer caps fed via vibratory bowl + lifter into a turntable for orientation/detection; inner caps fed via vibratory bowl + lifter and combined with outer caps; ring vibratory feeder adds the ring; desiccant-cap vibratory feeder inserts the desiccant; combined caps undergo no-inner-cap / no-ring / no-desiccant detection and reject removal before discharge.
