Fonctionnement
The machine uses a PLC-controlled servo motor to drive the film and adjust bag length automatically. Granular material is fed via a vacuum loader and granular dosing system into the multi-lane forming tubes. The film is formed into a back-seal bag shape, filled, sealed longitudinally and transversely (with embossing), cut into individual bags, and then conveyed out. The entire process from measuring to finished bag is automated.
