The SED-45ZZBJ-H is a fully automatic double-side PE lamination moulding machine for tall paper cups. It produces single or double-side PE film-coated paper cups through a continuous sequence of operations: fan blank fee
Fonctionnement
Continuous process: pre-printed fan-shaped paper blanks are automatically fed and wrapped; the cup wall seam is sealed by ultrasonic welding. The cup bottom is automatically punched from a roll of PE-coated paper and inserted into the cup wall. Sequential pre-heating and main heating stations bond the bottom to the wall; knurling seals the bottom edge; the top rim is curled for strength and user safety. Formed cups are discharged and collected automatically.
