Fonctionnement

A 7.5 kW motor drives a hydraulic pump that pressurises 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to up to 22 MPa, driving the upper plunger cylinder downward and the lower plunger cylinder upward to compress powder fill in a multi-cavity die. After a programmed pressure-hold period, the lower cylinder ejects the formed tablet upward; the auxiliary feed cylinder pushes a fresh charge of powder back into the cavity. PLC sequences each cylinder action and provides automatic/manual operating modes through a touch-screen HMI.
