Fonctionnement

Egg cartons are carried by a stainless-steel conveyor through a bottle-divider and into the labeling station. A label is dispensed and pressed onto the flat top surface via a stepper-driven covering arm; a corner-wrap roller then wraps the label around the corner to complete both the flat and corner application in a single pass. An American-imported photoelectric eye detects the label and verifies correct placement. Panasonic PLC coordinates all motion; a 7-inch color touch screen provides the operator interface. The automatic rear outfeed/collection unit discharges labeled cartons without manual intervention.
