Fonctionnement
Flower-basket-style turret with upper and lower punches positioned over a single die station. Granular raw material is filled into the die at the loading position; upper punch descends with up to 45 tons of compression force to form the tablet, then ejector lifts the tablet for discharge. High-tonnage hydraulic/mechanical compression accommodates hard-to-form powders (ceramic, metal) that would not flow on a rotary press.

Pre-production: (1) Wipe outer machine surface with clean damp cloth — dust free. (2) Open machine and wipe inside with damp cloth. (3) Wipe hopper with clean cloth, then again with 75% industrial alcohol (sterilization). Post-shift: (1) Wipe inside and outside with clean damp cloth. (2) Wipe hopper with cloth, then 75% industrial alcohol. Monthly: check worm wheel, worm gear, bearings and movable parts for looseness and wear; repair defects promptly. After each use: remove rotating drum and rinse residual powder from hopper; reinstall before next use. If stored long-term: clean thoroughly, apply rust-proof oil to all surfaces, cover with a cloth canopy.
