Fonctionnement

Empty containers index under the dual-head servo doser. The large head dispenses bulk powder onto a load cell; the system re-weighs and a small head dispenses make-up powder until the target weight is reached within ±1 g (for 100–500 g range). Out-of-spec containers are automatically rejected. A hopper with primary (50 L) and secondary (30 L) reservoirs feeds the dual metering heads.
