The SED-45DTB-A is a combination machine pairing a chuck-type dual-head ceramic peristaltic-pump filler (with dual-head inner-stoppering and dual-head outer-cap screwing) with a vertical round-bottle positioning labeler.

Fonctionnement
Bottles are gripped in chucks and indexed through filling, inner-stoppering, outer-cap-screwing, and labeling stations. Filling uses ceramic peristaltic pumps driven by stepper motors for ±1% volumetric accuracy. Inner stoppers are sorted by electromagnetic vibrating bowl and pressed pneumatically; outer caps are sorted and torqued by pneumatic jaw heads. The labeling station uses a servo-driven label web to apply circumferential labels at ±1 mm accuracy.
