Fonctionnement

Granules feed from the force-feeder into 29 die cavities on the rotating turret. Upper and lower punch poles pass between cam-driven pressing rollers performing two compression stages (pre-compression then main compression). The compressed tablets eject as the punches rise; powder is removed by the suction apparatus. Speed is set via inverter on the 7.5 kW motor; overload sensing automatically stops the press if pressure exceeds the set limit.
