Fonctionnement
Preformed bags are fed by a give-bag mechanism onto direct-push or clamp-push grippers. A photoelectric eye corrects bag position; the four servo motors index the bag through opening, filling, vacuum evacuation and heat-seal stations. Smart PLC-controlled heaters perform intermittent sealing for clean seams. The Eurovac RX-40 vacuum pump evacuates each bag prior to sealing.
