Fonctionnement
Three servos drive the main pull, the film feed, and the rotary cutter independently. The photoelectric eye tracks printed color marks on the film; the PLC commands the cutter servo to seal-and-cut exactly at the registration mark. Independent PID-controlled heaters maintain seal-jaw temperature suited to the film grade.
