Two parallel low-speed high-torque shafts driven by gear motors counter-rotate. Material fed through the top hopper is gripped between the H13-steel blades (24 blades, Φ450×50 mm) and torn apart. Soft-start ramps the motors; overload sensing triggers reverse to clear jams. Shredded material drops through the discharge port.
