Fonctionnement

Steam-heated dissolving tanks melt and dissolve the sugar/syrup base; the jacketed vacuum mixing and storage system blends flavor, color, and the gelatin solution prepared separately in the gelatin melting tank; metering pumps (4 × max 4 L/h) inject color/flavor into inline syrup mixers; the two-color servo depositor head (1.5 kW × 2 servo motors) descends and synchronously tracks the mould chain conveyor while depositing dual-color jelly into Teflon-coated aluminum moulds; deposited moulds enter a cooling tunnel (Danfoss compressor, 8 kW) where the gummies set; pneumatic cylinders and brushes demould candies onto the conveyor; a pneumatic oil-spray station re-coats mould cavities; finished gummies pass through a sugar-coating drum (24 rpm) for sanding; two conveyors transport product between stations. Whole line synchronized by Mitsubishi PLC with Kinco HMI.
