Premade pouches stored in a magazine; proprietary down-suction vacuum heads pick a bag from the bottom of the stack and transfer it to a horizontal gripper carousel; gripper jaws open the bag mouth (optional ziplock opener),the hopper drops product into the bag,then the heat-seal jaws close and seal; auto alarms on no-bag or no-material conditions.
