Three-servo tension-controlled slitter: shaftless hydraulic unwind with CCD edge-following auto-correction; 5.5 kW servo-driven main traction roll (chrome-plated mirror, dynamic-balanced for 500 m/min, G1.6) with silicone press roll pulls film through a flat-knife slitting station (15 knives included); two 7.5 kW servo motors drive upper-and-lower differential (slip) shafts to rewind the slit strips with PLC-controlled tension that decreases as roll diameter increases (limit shaft temp <50°C); waste-edge blower discharges trim; auto-rotary cradle unloads finished rolls; emergency-stop with web-splice resume.
